We allow returns for most merchandise within 30 days of the date delivered according to tracking information. If no tracking number was assigned to the shipment, the policy is within 35 days of the date the item was shipped.
Our Refund and Return Policy covers the following types of return situations:
1) Return for Refund
Note: Only the transaction price paid during checkout will be refunded.
Please send us a message in our Contact Us portal, and address the message to our Returns Department to initiate a return.
Refunds are applied to the original payment method. Please allow at least 10 business days after receipt of returned merchandise to receive the refund.
An item that is discovered to be defective is eligible for a refund/replacement.
All packages are inspected for damage before they are shipped. Items damaged in transit must be reported immediately. We must be informed of all shipping-related claims within 2 business days from the date of receipt.
Although we have a very flexible return policy on most of the items we sell, there are some exceptions.
At this time, we do not have any exceptions to our policy.
You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. However, it the merchandise is defective, damaged, or the result of an error on our part, we will pay the cost of return shipping (excluding box or packaging material).
